This Privacy Policy applies to the Omnia mobile app, related backend services, and any Omnia feature or surface that links to this policy.

• Account and authentication information such as email address, sign-in provider details, guest identifiers, and account IDs.
• Profile information including name, age, sex, unit preferences, height, weight, fitness level, and goal selections when provided.
• Fitness activity data such as selected activities, performance inputs, results, scores, tier progress, and related history.
• Subscription and entitlement information from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
• Device, analytics, diagnostics, crash, and performance information needed to operate and improve Omnia.
• Notification permission state and push token if notifications are enabled.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide the Omnia training experience and synchronize fitness progress.
• Calculate scores, tiers, recommendations, and personalized onboarding flows.
• Manage subscriptions, restores, and access to premium features.
• Secure the service, troubleshoot bugs, and measure feature usage.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce product terms.

4. How We Share Information

• Infrastructure, database, and authentication providers such as Supabase.
• Analytics and crash reporting providers such as Firebase services.
• Purchase and subscription platforms including Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
• Legal or business recipients when required by law or in connection with a transaction.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Omnia, maintain accounts and progress, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correction, deletion, and export requests where available under applicable law.
• Consent and privacy preference management through in-app settings where supported.
• Subscription management through the relevant app store account settings.

7. Children, Security, and Transfers

Omnia is not intended for children who require parental consent under applicable law unless explicitly stated otherwise. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure, and data may be processed in countries other than your own.
